    POSITION: Social Media Marketing Intern

    REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager

     

    FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Nonexempt

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team! The intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to various projects. This position is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of our organization and offers a dynamic learning environment.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects.

    + Work with the Marketing department to promote venue’s programs, services, and special events

    + Create engaging content for all major social media platforms to increase brand awareness

    + Brainstorm/offer ideas for social media projects/opportunities

    + Schedule content to be published on social media at ideal times

    + Assist with monitoring the social media channels and activities and generating analytics reports

    + Assist with managing the venue’s social media content calendar

    + Assist with curating social media content for events, stand-alone campaigns, and other projects

    + Other duties as assigned

    + Must be able to work outside normal business hours

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    + Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
