What you´ll do

+ Assist Maintenance leadership, on a day-to-day basis, in the management of maintenance activities and, when necessary or appropriate, delegate maintenance activity responsibility for their respective shift.

+ Utilize mechanical expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems.

+ Conduct regular inspections of facilities, including boilers, Air compressors, Chilled water systems, Wastewater treatment, Fire system and other critical equipment to identify maintenance needs and address deficiencies.

+ Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

+ Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.

+ Provide regular communication to management regarding maintenance activities, progress, and facility status.

+ Other duties as assigned

+ Vocational School or Technical Secondary Education a Plus

+ Professional Certification or Apprenticeship in Welding (mig, tig, arc) and/or Fabrication strongly preferred.

+ 5+ Years - Less experience required with Education or Technical Certification

The salary for this role is $28.00 - $40.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
