Spring Creek Rehab and Nursing is a 4 Star Staffing Rated Facility, currently looking for a Full Time Clinical Education Director Registered Nurse (RN) to assist with leading our nursing team! Requirements of the Clinical Education Director Registered Nurse (RN):

+ Must possess, as a minimum, an Associates Degree, or BS preferred and completed nursing school

+ Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in this state.

+ Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related healthcare facility.

+ Must have experience in supervising, managerial and principles, practice of teaching, etc.

+ Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Education Director Registered Nurse (RN):

+ Communicate with department directors to determine departmental training needs

+ Develop, implement, and maintain an effective orientation program that orients the new employee to our infection prevention and control and employee health programs.

+ Provide leadership training that includes the administrative and supervisory principles essential for Nurse Supervisors/Charge Nurses.

+ Participate in planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes for CNAs/GNAs and any other nursing personnel that provide instructions on “how to do the job,” and ensure a well-educated nursing service department.

+ Assist in standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished.

+ Assist in training department personnel in identifying tasks that involve potential exposure to blood or body fluids.
