The Manager, CAR-T Operations & Analytics will be responsible for managing the data & reporting tactics and strategies needed to support order fulfillment insight generation as well as managing system and process improvements needed within CAR-T Order Fulfillment to deliver a superior customer experience at scale. This position is accountable for supporting and continuously shaping ways to improve the CARVYKT® Data & Analytics strategy for the order fulfillment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, track, and deliver accurate data, metrics, and reports to support CAR-T order fulfillment. Provide analytics support for CARVYKTI® stakeholder groups (including leadership/alliance dashboards) and reviews to inform performance and health of order fulfillment program
+ Serve as core CAR-T Data Governance team member and Commercial Operations lead for any order level data requests/inquiries across the CARVYKTI® order journey to ensure appropriate use of patient data internally and across the alliance.
+ Partner with cross functional partners (SIA, Supply Chain, JJIT, etc.) to craft and evolve data & analytics strategy for CAR-T Order Fulfillment teams
+ Manage contractors/vendors that are responsible for executing against Data and Reporting strategies. This includes management of data lakes/platforms as well as creation and maintenance of new reports and dashboards used both internally (home office and field-based employees) and externally with customers (treatment centers).
+ Train in-house and field-facing teams on appropriate use of data and dashboards that are used both internally and externally with customers.
+ Recommend metrics & KPIs to measure outcomes? as program expands and evolves to help ensure outstanding customer experience.
+ In partnership with JJIT, oversee both front and back-end technology enhancements and implementations required to help improve the CAR-T Order Fulfillment experience as the team continues to scale.
+ Measure & communicate effectiveness of data & analytics program, including the improvements brought forth with AI and other technologies.
+ Through VOC, data & analytics, and Market Research, identify new ways & processes the team can deliver superior customer experience
+ Train internal stakeholders (home office and customer/field facing teams) on internal and external dashboards/technology improvements and bring customer-facing and/or training materials through the appropriate review and approval channels (i.e. CAC, iMPROVE, etc.)

Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
+ A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in supply chain, business analytics, commercial excellence, business operations, marketing, or management consulting is required.
+ Understanding of Customer Service, IT, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing is preferred
+ Strong analytical skills with ability to connect data outputs and qualitative insights to critical initiatives and operational enhancements is required
+ Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience addressing senior management is required
+ Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Salesforce, and Tableau
+ Strong learning agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issues is required
+ Strength in storytelling, data visualization, and developing effective presentations is required
+ Conceptual understanding of data platforms and flow of information is preferred.
+ Excellent requirements documentation and stakeholder management experience is required
+ Experience with alliance management preferred
This position is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 10% travel for business.
