Title: Account Coordinator
Reports to: Executive Director, Platform Monetization & Strategy
Salary Range: $45k - $55k
Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
+ Work closely with their Account Team which is made up of Account Managers and Account Executives
+ BA in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent education with minimum 12 months related experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office. Wide Orbit experience a plus.
+ Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail is a must.
+ Flexibility to work overtime during peak sales seasons
+ Assist in servicing existing and newly developed accounts.
+ Will focus on presale administration and coordination.
+ Generate contracts, correspondence & presentations for the Sales Team.
+ Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales systems as well as supporting the sales process/procedures.
+ Enter and revise orders
+ Submit special billing requests
+ Respond to Account Executive requests regarding spot times
+ Issue preemptions
+ Maintain stewardship reports
+ Provide platform/device discrepancy resolution
About you:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ PC Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel
+ Strong math aptitude
+ Work Excellence/Results Orientation
+ Organizational skills
+ Analytical; strong attention to detail
+ Teamwork and Collaboration
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Problem solving
+ Must be highly organized, motivated and forward thinking - go above and beyond
+ Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
