Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Bartenders to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

What will you do?

+ Receives drink orders from patrons or servers

+ Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures

+ Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer

+ Enters drink orders into point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks served

+ Completes daily reporting accurately, depending on company and managerial standards

+ Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies

+ Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock

+ Prepares and replenishes appetizers and garnishes as needed

+ Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

+ Performs other duties as assigned

More about you

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ One to two years of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred

+ Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards

+ Ability to complete required pre-employment alcohol service training

+ Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately total guest checks and conduct inventory

+ Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names

+ Ability to multitask by meeting the needs of one’s customers while preparing drinks for guests seated in the dining area of the restaurant

+ Verbal communication skills; listening skills with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly

Physical requirements

+ Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift

+ Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

+ Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally

+ Bar environment- noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
