    What You Can Expect:

    + will oversee our phlebotomy team of about 28 employees. The role will support all three shifts (days, evenings, and nights), with a likely schedule of four 10-hour shifts (tentatively 4:00am–2:30pm).

    + will be responsible for hiring, onboarding and training, managing day-to-day workflow, and fostering team development. They’ll also be expected to jump in and help on the frontlines with phlebotomy when needed.

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Associate of Science or 2 years additional experience in lieu of degree.

    + Experience: 3 years' experience.

    + Certification: None.
