DESCRIPTION
Open to candidates in the **United States** . Those living near an **Acosta Group** office will work a **\#hybrid** schedule, working **3 days a week in the office.**
As a trusted advisor, you will own all **analytics** and **measurement initiatives** for clients. Your success will hinge on your ability to **synthesize complex data** into **compelling narratives** that demonstrate **impact** , build trust, and influence future strategy.
What You Will Do
+ **Lead Measurement Implementation** : Lead efforts across the shopper and connected commerce team to quantify the sales and brand equity impact (ROI) of shopper marketing and connected commerce programs.
+ **Evaluate Program Performance** : Analyze sales trends and performance against defined targets across key CPG categories to assess the overall effectiveness of shopper and commerce programs.
+ **Predictive Tools** : Lead the development, customization, and rollout of predictive measurement tools and models, bringing innovation and best practices to enhance client value.
+ **Consult and Align Strategies** : Work with internal teams and **CPG** clients to ensure measurement strategies align with program goals and deliver actionable insights.
+ **Translate Data into Strategy** : Convert complex data into strategic storytelling that connects insights to business outcomes, providing fact-based recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ **Lead efforts** to quantify the ROI and brand equity impact of shopper marketing and connected commerce programs.
+ **Serve as a subject matter expert** in CPG shopper behavior, category dynamics, and omnichannel marketing.
+ **Evaluate the performance** of shopper and commerce programs by analyzing sales trends and targets across key CPG categories.
+ **Apply shopper marketing expertise** to inform measurement plans, campaign objectives, and KPIs aligned to shopper conversion and brand outcomes.
+ **Develop and roll out predictive measurement tools** and models, incorporating innovation and best practices to enhance client value.
+ **Consult with internal teams and CPG clients** to align measurement strategies with program goals and deliver actionable insights.
+ **Direct and manage analytics resources** across project planning, execution, analysis, and delivery of measurement outputs.
+ **Translate data into strategic storytelling** that connects insights to business outcomes, providing fact-based recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Requirements:
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Category Management certification, **preferred**
Work Experience Requirements:
+ **6 to 10 years** of related work experience
+ At least 2 years of **Supervisor/Management** experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
+ **Solid knowledge** of Retail & CPG industries, managing data sources like Retailer POS, NielsenIQ, IRI/Circana, and consumer insights tools.
+ **Lead and coach** project management and accountability skills for optimal execution of analytic deliverables.
+ **Execute projects and initiatives** by communicating goals, assigning tasks, and setting measures of results.
+ **Advanced cross-functional skills** in teamwork, communication, presentation, storytelling, and delivering solutions.
+ **Break down problems** into smaller components and resolutions.
+ **Customize communication** to appeal to the audience's interests and needs.
+ **Build and maintain relationships** with stakeholders to gain trust and respect for optimal execution.
+ **Prioritize initiatives** based on strategic priorities.
+ **Define and communicate roles** and responsibilities.
+ **Build strategic objectives** with senior leadership to identify growth areas.
