    Position Overview

    As an Office Clerk, you will use limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures to handle day to day clerical duties of assigned area.

    Description

    + Compile data from previous and current work day and generate reports for management

    + Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests

    + Maintain attendance log for hourly employees

    + Print and distribute attendance log

    + Other duties as assigned

    + Travel Required: No

    Environment

    + Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)

    + Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

    Skills

    + Specialized Knowledge : Some knowledge of OSHA and Safety policies and procedures, preferred but not required

    + Special Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    + Physical abilities: : Reaching, stooping, standing, walking, bending twisting, sitting, handling paperwork, twisting, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping of items ranging from under 20 lbs. to over 60 lbs.

    + Other: : Communication Skills, Team Player, Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, Use of Technology, Adaptability, Self-Driven, Multi Task
