    We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient ERP Systems Improvement Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our President, who is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). The ideal candidate will be driven, a self-starter, and possess excellent computer skills. This role is perfect for someone pursuing a degree in engineering, business management, accounting, or IT, and is looking to build a strong resume with potential for a long-term career.

    Position Overview

    + Collaborate with the President to identify and implement improvements in ERP systems.

    + Perform updates, enhancements, and implementations of ERP systems.

    + Review and analyze cost efficiencies.

    + Assist in the development and documentation of processes and procedures.

    + Provide technical support and training to staff on ERP system functionalities.

    + Occasional travel to Rochester, NY for on-site support and project implementation.

    + Support the President with other projects and tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business management, accounting, IT, or a related field.

    + Excellent computer skills, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other relevant software.

    + Self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    + Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

    + Willingness to travel occasionally to Rochester, NY.

    Total Compensation Package:

    + Wage

    + $16.50-$20.00/hour
