We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving, and Delivery Specialist to support our day-to-day operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, handling local deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Shipping:

+ Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards.

+ Generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation (e.g., packing slips, tracking info).

+ Schedule and coordinate pickups with carriers.

+ Receiving:

+ Receive and inspect incoming materials and equipment.

+ Verify contents against purchase orders and delivery documents.

+ Organize and store received items in designated areas.

+ Delivery:

+ Perform local deliveries and pickups to/from customers.

+ Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery logs.

+ Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

+ Inventory & Documentation:

+ Maintain accurate inventory records using digital inventory management systems.

+ Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials.

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or delivery roles.

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
