Road & Rail Services is hiring Vehicle Loaders in Houston, TX to join a team that plays a key role in the safe, efficient movement of new vehicles. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and like the idea of driving brand-new cars and working outdoors, this is the opportunity for you.

     

    As a Vehicle Loader, you'll be responsible for loading new cars onto railcars for transport. This isn't just driving-the job requires precision, focus, and physical effort. You'll guide vehicles into tight spaces, secure them for shipment, and inspect for any visible issues. You'll also climb ladders up to 16 feet to access multi-level railcars and may assist in moving cars from production lines to parking areas.

     

    This is an active, outdoor position where you'll be on your feet, working in all weather conditions. You'll need to be able to lift up to 60 lbs and safely maneuver in tight areas while maintaining high safety standards. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, has a valid driver's license, and takes pride in a job done right.

    Requirements:

    Valid Driver's License

     

    Ability to lift 60 lbs

     

    Ability to climb ladders up to 16 feet

     

    Willingness to work outdoors in all weather

     

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
