About the Position:

The Referrals Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing patient referrals and appointment requests to ensure a seamless and efficient process that supports patient care and satisfaction. This individual will serve as a critical liaison between patients, providers, insurance companies, and external healthcare facilities, ensuring timely and accurate referral processing.

What we are looking for:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Previous experience in patient access, medical office administration, or a related healthcare role is strongly preferred.

+ Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.

+ Proficiency in using EHR systems (Epic experience preferred).
