    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Condition Assessment Program Manager to oversee the evaluation and strategic planning of our facility assets. This role is responsible for leading condition assessments, analyzing data, and developing long-term maintenance and capital improvement plans to ensure our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct Facility Condition Assessments – Oversee assessments of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to determine life cycle costs and maintenance priorities.

     

    Data Analysis & Reporting – Gather and analyze assessment data, develop reports, and provide recommendations for capital planning and maintenance strategies.

     

    Program Development & Implementation – Design and implement best practices for facility evaluations, including standardized assessment tools and methodologies.

     

    Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, and senior management, to align assessment outcomes with company goals.

     

    Budget & Compliance Management – Ensure facility investments align with budget constraints, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); four years of progressively more responsible experience; demonstrated interpersonal skills; budgeting and purchasing experience; supply system management; and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required. Experience must include facilities management knowledge in preventative maintenance, HVAC systems and operations, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, interior design, safety coordination, and demonstrated knowledge of custodial activities.

     

    Preferences

     

    Bachelor’s degree in a related area of assignment or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Four years of progressively more responsible management experience.

     

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility condition assessments, asset management, or related areas.

     

    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools.

     

    Excellent communication and project management skills.

     

    Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
