    Onsite Dental is seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Our state-of-the-art practices feature the latest technology and a welcoming, friendly environment.     We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. You will assist the dentist during procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help create a comfortable experience for our patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare patients for dental procedures by explaining treatments and ensuring their comfort.

    + Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, including handling instruments and materials.

    + Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.

    + Take dental X-rays as needed.

    + Maintain accurate patient records and charting.

    + Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.

    + Ensure the operatory and office are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

    + Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Qualifications:

    + Licensed Dental Assistant in Minnesota is preferred

    + CPR certification

    + Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + A caring and compassionate attitude toward patients.
