Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Senior Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in sustainability (environmental, social, and governance) reporting and data governance. This role will report to the Global Sustainability Reporting Manager on the Global Sustainability Team and contribute to preparing for sustainability-related regulatory compliance and client requirements.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Data Governance Development
+ Assess and further develop centralized ESG (environment, social, governance) reporting governance to manage, monitor, and track ESG reporting data
+ Conduct training sessions and prepare materials for internal stakeholders and content providers
+ Explore opportunities to improve efficiency of sustainability reporting through technology and process transformations
Sustainability Disclosures Preparation
+ Assist in preparation of annual Sustainability Report through content collection and validation
+ Track and prepare responses to client sustainability requests, CDP and EcoVadis assessments
+ Develop disclosures in line with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
Regulatory Compliance Readiness
+ Support development and integration of internal controls in sustainability data processes and documentation
+ Conduct regular gap assessments of existing qualitative and quantitative content with disclosure requirements such as for CSRD and ISSB
+ Implement data collection and reporting processes aligned with regulatory disclosure requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
+ 3-5 years of experience in ESG reporting, strategy, data management, and/or regulatory reporting and compliance
+ Strong business writing proficiency and experience drafting public reports
+ Familiarity with CSRD, ISSB, EcoVadis, and CDP disclosure requirements
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
+ Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
+ Experience building data governance strategy and processes

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $76,500.00 - $90,000.00
