Help Launch the Next Generation of Aerospace Systems

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Test & Evaluation Engineer** to support one of the world’s leading aerospace organizations in advancing its space systems. This position is critical to the setup, automation, and deployment of cutting-edge Special Test Equipment (STE) that will support space vehicle testing in factory and launch environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Collaborate with product security, IT, and software engineers to build resilient, scalable test infrastructure

+ Design robust IT networks with an emphasis on redundancy and disaster recovery

+ Lead upgrades to infrastructure using the latest technologies, including virtualization and automation

+ Manage server rooms and develop best practices for lab environments

+ Set up and maintain infrastructure tools such as servers, VMs, storage solutions, and firewalls

+ Drive Lab Excellence initiatives and continuously improve lab operations

+ Interface with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure mission readiness

+ Document engineering processes to improve reliability and repeatability of test infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or test engineering (or equivalent education/experience)

+ Strong background in managing large-scale servers, VMs, and IT systems

+ Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 10+ years of related experience

+ Security+ Certification

+ Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Windows systems, VMware, and NAS/SAN storage environments

+ Proven leadership in managing technical teams

**Pay Details:** $46.00 to $64.00 per hour
