Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Middle School

Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (M-F)

Caseload: Approx. 30 students

Salary: $63,000 – $75,000 / Hourly: $51.14 - $60.88

Overview:

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our middle school. This position is available immediately and will run through May 29, 2025. The SLP will provide speech therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 middle school students, supporting their speech and language development within the school setting. Responsibilities:

+ Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech and language disorders.

+ Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with communication challenges.

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and development.

+ Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates to IEP teams and parents.

+ Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in a classroom and pull-out setting.

+ Conduct group and individual therapy sessions based on student needs.

+ Maintain appropriate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and IEPs.

Requirements:

+ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

+ Valid IL SLP license
