Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Salary : $62,000 - $75,000 / Hourly: $50.32 - $60.88

Location : Deerfield, IL 60015

Start Date: ASAP – June 6th, 2025

Overview:

AnthroMed Education is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and support our local school community in Deerfield. The ideal candidate will provide dedicated therapy services to a K-5th grade elementary school (4 days per week) and a middle school (1 day per week), ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed. This role emphasizes delivering therapy minutes and collaborating with school teams—no evaluations are required!

Key Responsibilities:

+ School Support: Provide occupational therapy services at a K-5th grade elementary school (4 days per week) and a middle school (1 day per week).

+ Therapy Minutes: Deliver designated therapy minutes effectively within each school setting.

+ Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the school environment.

+ Efficiency: Manage and deliver compensatory minutes promptly—this position is designed for someone who can start ASAP without accumulating too many backlog minutes.

Qualifications:

+ Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.

+ Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

+ Experience working in a school setting is preferred.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

+ Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and adapt to the dynamic needs of a school environment.
