Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver and restock coffee products to retail locations and businesses across your route.

+ Ensure products are presented attractively and in accordance with company standards.

+ Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service.

+ Monitor inventory levels and assist with product ordering to avoid stock outs.

+ Conduct regular quality checks on coffee products and equipment to ensure freshness and functionality.

+ Set up eye-catching promotional displays and maintain their stock and appearance.

+ Educate customers on product features and brewing techniques to enhance their experience.

+ Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within your territory.

+ Keep accurate records of deliveries, inventory levels, and customer interactions.

+ Report any customer issues or feedback to management promptly for resolution.

Qualifications:

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

+ Previous merchandising or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
