    Visiting Angels is Seeking a Compassionate Home Caregiver to Join Our Growing Team!

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Provide non medical support to senior clients in their homes

    + Supply personal care and hygiene assistance; including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

    + Provide friendly companionship and socialization

    + Help the client with mobility related challenges, such as help with walking and/or transfers

    + Issue medication reminders, where required

    + Transport clients to doctor's appointments and errands

    + Perform meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping duties

    Position Requirements:

    + Valid Driver’s License, lease/own your own vehicle, and provide proof of current auto insurance

    + Perform all personal care and hygiene assistance functions as described above

    + Submit to state/national criminal background check, state fingerprinting, and drug screening

    + Able to transfer patients and provide needed mobility assistance, including turning immobile patients who are bed-ridden

    + 1 year senior care giving experience is preferred
