Focus: Web & Mobile Digital Products

Join a team that’s redefining how guests interact with beloved vacation experiences through innovative digital products. As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll own the delivery of impactful features across websites and mobile apps, all while collaborating with creative teams and staying guest-focused. Work remotely from your home office in California with occasional meetings onsite in Glendale, CA for team collaboration.

What You’ll Do

+ Champion the digital Guest experience, turning strategy into seamless user experiences

+ Translate vision into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria

+ Manage content configuration and updates in a complex CMS environment

+ Collaborate across design, content, development, and QA teams in an Agile setting

+ Maintain product roadmaps and backlogs using tools like JIRA

+ Facilitate reviews and sign-offs, ensuring product alignment with business goals

+ Monitor performance and support the continuous improvement of guest-facing digital platforms

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

+ 3–5 years of digital product management experience in web and/or mobile

+ A solid understanding of Agile workflows, and experience using JIRA or similar tools

+ Proven ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria

+ Hands-on experience managing content and configuration within a complex CMS

+ A collaborative mindset and track record of working closely with cross-functional teams

+ Experience navigating technical, user, and business challenges in a fast-paced digital environment

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders

Bonus Points If You Have:

+ Experience with iOS/Android app release processes or hybrid mobile platforms

+ Worked on consumer-facing digital products like e-commerce, travel, or entertainment

+ Experience supporting global or remote teams across time zones
