Job Description:

We’re seeking a motivated Associate Electrical Engineer to join our team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the design, testing, and support of cutting-edge products while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced engineering environment. Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and write test plans to verify product designs and ensure performance standards are met

+ Design test stands and carry out product testing following relevant standards.

+ Work closely with suppliers to ensure designs meet specifications and quality standards.

+ Draft detailed purchase specifications and review engineering drawings for accuracy.

+ Support the design and prototyping of new products, including PCB design and testing.

+ Program HMIs, PLCs, and other industrial controls.

+ Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and design tooling and fixtures.

+ Assist in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and supporting production and customer service teams.

+ Draft and review engineering change notices (ECNs) and provide technical approval.

+ Use industrial tools and equipment, including power/hand tools and scissor lifts.

+ Adhere to company standards, procedures, and policies while maintaining a professional work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

+ A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering(B.S.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Solid foundational knowledge in product design, testing, and support.

+ Hands-on experience with industrial tools and equipment is desirable.

+ Ability to understand and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB designs.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow in the engineering field.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Comfortability working at heights, with a strong focus on safety, whether on scissor lifts or other elevated platforms.
