This is a great opportunity to drive the delivery of a key enterprise objective in building Ford’s flagship products – bring AI/ML Innovation in Manufacturing to have significant business impact. In this role you will be working with a unique blend of engineers, data scientists, DevOps, automation, controls, manufacturing and robotics specialists – ideating, building and scaling Billion-Dollar ideas for the manufacturing of iconic Ford products. This position is highly cross-functional that requires an experienced Product Manager with high business acumen and an acute sense of technology frontiers, to help bridge a broad spectrum of functional teams and arrive at impactful business cases that can be industrialized with the latest technologies. Key Responsibilities -
+ Play a key role in shaping and executing our product roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions that optimize the manufacturing processes for Ford’s Worldwide plants.
+ Design, implement, and refine new features from scratch using our low-code/no-code platform, accelerating the speed of experimentation and deployment.
+ Leverage your software engineering experience to contribute to the hands-on development and optimization of our AI-driven product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and OKRs.
+ Collaborate with the engineering team to implement AI-powered product features, focusing on enhancing the user experience and driving adoption.
+ Use data-driven insights and technical expertise to identify product improvements that optimize for cost and quality corporate objectives.
+ Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to measure the impact of AI-driven initiatives.
+ Prioritize and manage the implementation of product enhancements, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ship features that align with strategic goals.
+ Regularly report on product performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate product innovation and growth.

+ Product Roadmap:Ensure the product has a clear roadmap and teams structured to deliver the roadmap with quality
+ Business Value commitments: Meet the business value commitments
+ Operations Support: Ensure products meet operational commitments
+ Budget Management: Meet the financial and headcount budgets set for the team
Minimum Qualifications -
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or work experience equivalent.
+ 6+ years of experience in a combined product and software engineering role.
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience shipping code and building AI/ML products; strong ability to contribute to technical execution when needed.
+ 3+ years of demonstrated experience building / product-owning AI/ML applications for industrial use cases that demand a combination of business / manufacturing / technical prowess.
+ Experience in working with Agile and Lean methodologies including defining and prioritizing product features and working with backlog management tools.
+ Proven experience driving business OKRs through product development, data analysis, and user experience optimization.
+ Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven product decision-making.
+ Proficiency in modern technology stack and familiarity with cloud infrastructure and AI technologies.
+ High organizational, planning and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, complex and global environment.
+ Perform at an extremely high level of technical competence and maturity under pressure.
+ Experience with Test-Driven Development, Paired Programming, and Continuous Integration & Development.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products that improve patient outcomes.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
+ Successfully built and shipped consumer or business facing products; worked in a large team; and has Integration experience
Preferred Qualifications -
+ Exposure to GCP Functions and Services for building distributed AI/ML applications using Public or Hybrid Cloud Infrastructures.
+ Exposure and experience with Ford Architectural standards, processes, and documentation.
+ Proven ability to lead a team to deliver on large complex and ambiguous projects that are highly interfaced from end-to-end.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with business team members on a global level and negotiate solutions and drive consensus across platforms.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate many services and a wide range of global business and technology partners.
