The Software and Services team is dedicated to creating innovative software solutions that drive Walmart/VIZIO's business forward. What You’ll Do

+ Develop and design advanced Android applications using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

+ Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and security.

+ Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.

+ Implement telemetry features and evaluate their effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.

+ 7+ years of professional experience in Android development with strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

+ Expertise in Android SDK, Jetpack Components, and Material Design Guidelines.

+ Experience with frameworks like Coroutines, RxJava, or Flow.

+ Proficiency with tools such as Android Studio, ADB, and version control systems like Git.

+ Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

+ Familiarity with mobile app design patterns like MVC, MVVM, and VIPER.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
