    About the Team:

    Our Program Management Team is dedicated to driving the execution and delivery of high-quality hardware and software products that meet our company’s strategic goals. We collaborate across multiple departments, including Product Marketing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Legal, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with company objectives. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in managing dependencies and driving continuous improvement.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead or support complex hardware and software projects across multiple vendors.

    + Develop detailed program scopes and schedules for critical milestones.

    + Review vendor and app partner issues, driving corrective action and coordinating software release schedules.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and drive timely resolutions.

    + Facilitate program team meetings to ensure alignment and progress toward NPI timelines.

    What You’ll Bring:

    + 12+ years of experience in electronics for end customers and 6+ years in New Product Introduction (NPI).

    + Proven track record in managing high-tech industry programs with complex dependencies.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

    + Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multitasking abilities.

    + Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.

    + PMP Certification is highly desirable.

    Minimum Qualifications...

    • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

    Certification in Project Management., Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product design., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
