This Security professional is responsible for protecting people, property, and assets across multiple locations, rather than being stationed at a single site. This role typically involves traveling between various client sites, covering for absences, or addressing special security needs.

    Typical Flex Officer Objectives:

    + Patrol and monitor different locations as assigned

    + Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents across sites

    + Enforce safety and security procedures consistently

    + Provide visitor access control and customer service

    + Complete detailed reports on incidents and daily activities

    + Communicate with site management and law enforcement when necessary.

    + Weekend and holiday availability needed.

    + Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

    Flex Officer Requirements:

    + 18 years of age or older.

    + High School Diploma OR GED.

    + Standard computer / technology skills needed.

    + Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic.

    + Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.

    + Customer service background preferred.

    + Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.

    + Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.

    + Valid Driver's License required.

     

    All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
