The Opportunity
This position works out of our Abbott Park IL location.
The Manager, TM Systems & Development role will help to drive Abbotts strategic approach to employee development and performance management processes. The ideal candidate for this role has broad experience with employee development and talent management, and a strong aptitude for technology-based solutions that push talent management processes forward.
What You’ll Work On
+ Partners with Sr Manager TM Systems & Development on Market trends in employee development & performance management space
+ Identifies Workday reporting needs and partners with Sr Specialist, TM Systems to bring them to life
+ Designs and delivers strategic approach to employee development, performance and goal setting workshops and trainings
+ Leads Employee Development Platform
+ Learning Gig review/approvals
+ System process flows
+ Employee development communications; including translation management
+ M&A support for Talent Management processes
+ Supports Executive Coaching program, including consulting, contracting, and intake of coaching requests
Position Accountability / Scope
+ Reports to the Sr Manager TM Systems & Development. Interacts and partners with:
+ Business leaders and employees’ company-wide
+ Talent Management Operations team
+ BHR, Global HR Services, HR Technology Services, and colleagues within Talent Development
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR or technology related field of study. Master’s degree preferred.
+ 6+ years of progressive talent and development experience in a variety of disciplines including training, leadership development, talent management, performance management and change management.
+ Experience working in large, complex global organizations.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
