GVI Inc.** , subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Program Manager** to join our Team in **Dahlgren, VA.

**Program Manager:** The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 72 personnel with an annual operating budget of $10M. Technical areas of responsibility include test engineering, test execution, test documentation, safety and environmental, facility planning, explosive safety, unexploded ordnance support, database management, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, ordnance certification support, and training.

Requirements:

+ Ten (10) years professional technical experience that reflects the following:

+ Eight years specialized experience in the development and evaluation/testing of major weapons systems. Experience with Navy and/or Marine Corps systems is preferred.

+ Six years demonstrated Program Management experience over efforts of comparable size and complexity to this requirement, to include management over subcontractor efforts.

+ Quality Assurance experience including ISO 9000 programs; and life cycle planning and costing experience

+ Secret Clearance
