    • Coordinating and managing tooling\-related critical path avoidance and work stop mitigation

    • Seeking out collaborative integration opportunities for emerging manufacturing technologies

    • Concept and execute strategies for tool design and fabrication process enhancements

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree required

    • Strong understanding of tool design and fabrication principles

    • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools, with experience in data analysis and presentation

    • Familiarity with additive manufacturing techniques, technologies, and applications

    Desired Skills:

    • Extensive experience in CATIA V5 or similar 3D modeling software

    • Understanding of GD&T and tolerancing standards

    • Demonstrated success working both independently and collaboratively as functional lead

    **Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** Non\- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
