**Description:** The ServiceNow Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, applications, and tools\. This role requires a strong technical background in integration development, API design, and software development, as well as experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization\.

\- Design, develop, and test integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, applications, and tools using various integration protocols \(e\.g\., REST, SOAP, JSON\)

\- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and other integration interfaces to support data exchange between systems

\- Configure and customize ServiceNow to support integration requirements, including creating custom tables, fields, and forms

\- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules to support integration logic and data processing

\- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including debugging and testing integrations

\- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions

\- Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations, including design documents, test plans, and implementation guides

\- Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and meet performance requirements

\- Stay up\-to\-date with new features and best practices in ServiceNow and integration development

Basic Qualifications:

\- 3\+ years of experience in software development, integration development, or a related field

\- 3\+ years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration development

\- Strong technical skills, including: Programming languages \(e\.g\., JavaScript, Python, Java\), Integration protocols \(e\.g\., REST, SOAP, JSON\), API design and development, ServiceNow scripting \(e\.g\., Business Rules, Client Scripts\)

\- Experience with integration tools and technologies, such as: ServiceNow Integration Hub, MuleSoft, Apache Camel

\- Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues

Desired Skills:

\- ServiceNow certifications \(Integration, Development, or Administration\)

\- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems \(e\.g\., Git\)

\- Knowledge of ITSM industry trends and best practices

Experience with cloud\-based technologies and SaaS platforms

\- Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements

\- Experience with testing and validation frameworks \(e\.g\., Jest, PyUnit\)

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $102,800 \- $178,135\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 \- $157,550\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

\(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.
