Job Description:

HYBRID Device Exploitation Engineer

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and discovering vulnerabilities? Join our elite Red Team as a Device Exploitation Engineer and become a pivotal force in safeguarding our networks and systems. In this role, you'll dive deep into the world of device exploitation, leveraging your skills to identify vulnerabilities and simulate real-world cyber threats. You'll work alongside a dynamic team of experts, pushing the boundaries of security and innovation. **Note: Yes, this is a HYBRID position!**

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Conduct comprehensive security assessments and penetration tests on a variety of devices and networks, including embedded systems.

+ Develop and execute sophisticated exploitation techniques to identify vulnerabilities and assess their potential impact.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective security measures and remediation strategies.

+ Document findings and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations to enhance security posture.

+ Participate in Red Team exercises, simulating advanced persistent threats to test defenses.

+ Contribute to the development of internal tools and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of security assessments.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience

+ TS Clearance

+ Proven experience in device exploitation, penetration testing, or a related cybersecurity field.

+ Strong understanding of operating systems, network protocols, and security architectures.

+ Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, or Assembly.

+ Experience with reverse engineering tools and techniques.

+ Familiarity with common exploitation frameworks and tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite).

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

+ Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CEH, or GPEN.

+ Experience with hardware hacking and embedded system exploitation.

+ Knowledge of secure coding practices and software development lifecycle.

+ Previous experience in a Red Team or offensive security role.

+ Familiarity with threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies.

Salary Range: $61.88 - $111.39
