    Job Summary:

    This position will lead Smart Service pick lines and an order builder team of 40+ associates. The products picked will then be loaded onto trucks by the route driver team and delivered to our clients.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Excellent communication skills are required with this position

    * Responsible for leading, training, coaching, scheduling, and hiring of hourly associates

    * Be able to provide data as it relates to product accuracy & picks per hour

    * Works on efficiencies to improve the pick-line process

    * Be able to present data & overall state of the business to Senior Leadership

    * Ensures lines are cleaned up at the end of each shift

    * Building production schedules

    * Ensuring production processes stay within budgets and deadlines

    * Reviewing the productivity of manufacturing equipment

    * Planning, coordinating, and controlling all steps in the production process

    * Managing inventory levels

    * Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient production

    * Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    * 3+ years of production, packaging, shipping/receiving, or will consider 5 + years of facilities/warehouse-related experience

    * 3+ years Supervisory or management experience

    * Forklift experience required

    * Must have Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook

    * Analytical skills a must
