Job Summary

Join Flik Independent School Dining as a District Support Chef, where you will lead culinary excellence across multiple dining accounts in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. This is your chance to be part of a high-reaching team that sets the standard in foodservice innovation and quality!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support up to 25 dining accounts across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky

+ Mentor and train chefs to ensure detailed culinary execution

+ Drive innovation and implement extraordinary culinary programs

+ Lead cost controls and expenditures rigorously within budgetary guidelines

+ Develop and plan creative menus, ensuring high-quality ingredients and presentation

+ Coordinate inventory management and procurement processes

+ Improve the abilities of regional chefs through ongoing training

+ Roll out new culinary initiatives in collaboration with our marketing and culinary teams

+ Develop strategies to optimally improve customer experience

+ Provide comprehensive training programs to maintain consistent, high-quality food standards

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Culinary degree preferred

+ Minimum of five years of confirmed culinary management experience

+ At least two years of multi-site culinary management experience

+ High volume production and catering experience is crucial

+ Prior experience in leading cost controls is crucial

+ An outstanding passion for growth and competition within a premier foodservice company
