WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
+ Working knowledge of commercial lending process including demonstrated credit evaluation, loan structuring, and underwriting ability
+ Knowledge of credit approval policy and process with the ability to accurately interpret lending policy and apply same to the management of the portfolio.
+ Working knowledge and understanding of applicable banking regulations and laws governing commercial lending.
+ Knowledge of qualitative portfolio analytics and metrics with the ability to utilize automated and analytical tools and techniques.
+ Demonstrated professionalism and client management skills
+ Ability to engage with clients on credit related matters.
+ Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, as well as multi-task without direct day to day supervision.
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Strong written and oral communications skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
+ Highly energized team player with considerable initiative, positive attitude, and ability to expand skill set.
+ Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office with specific capability in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
+ 5 years' commercial credit experience. Loan syndications or capital markets experience preferred.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS
+ Frequent and continual divisional and interdivisional contacts at all levels.
+ Extensive external contacts with regarding the Bank's systems and services partners.
+ Internal customer contact in response to inquiries or service issues.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
