+ Call: 10 days per month

+ Responsibilities: Team Medicine Clinical Appointment

+ Provide a cohesive working relationship and mentorship with all co-workers

+ Provide a cohesive clinical best practice model with Advanced Practice Clinicians and Director of Physician Clinics

Qualifications

+ Board Certified/Board Eligible - to be completed within 5 years of residency.

+ DEA/ CSR Requirements: Must possess a valid Oregon DEA, OR License and Medical Malpractice Insurance

+ Medicare/ Medicaid requirements: Must accept all Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare – no sanctions

+ Certification Requirements (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.): BLS Preferred

$235.58 - $358.43 /hour
