The Organizational Development Consultant Is Responsible For:

+ Works to improve engagement and retention throughout BayCare.

+ Partnering with assigned divisional leadership, performs leader and team assessments to improve team effectiveness, leader coaching and consulting, focus groups, program management/coordination,

+ Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for organizational effectiveness improvements in assigned divisions and across the system.

+ High-level needs assessment, design, development, and delivering solutions, programs, and projects in support of BayCare organizational goals.

+ Lead projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

+ Act as a change agent and trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between OD initiatives and business objectives.

+ As one of BayCare's SMEs in learning, designs, develops, manages, facilitates, and evaluates various levels of team member and leadership development. New Hire Programs/initiatives, team building workshops and other learning solutions which build effective professional, team and leader effectiveness.

+ Travels and may work varied hours/days as necessary to provide service delivery at hospitals and facilities.

Required

Minimum Qualifications:

**Experience:** 3-5 years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development including a proven ability to lead OD initiatives and drive organizational change.

Preferred

**Experience:** Healthcare or related/technical industry. Experience working directly with physicians preferred.

Required

**Education:** Bachelor's in Business, Organization Development/Leadership, Psychology, Adult Education, or Related Field.
