The Channel Sales National Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategy for strategic distributors that will drive volume, growth, profitability as well as, maximize opportunities for the customer and Company.
Primary DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic distributors to drive sales growth and profitability.
+ Work with strategic distributors to help manage online listings of Labelmaster/DGeo products to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
+ Work with sales teams of strategic distributors to support and maximize their selling efforts of the Company’s products to their customers.
+ Work with the distribution centers of strategic distributors to develop new sales growth through proactive engagement including, but not limited to, plant managers, distribution managers, shipping managers, and environmental health and safety personnel.
+ Exceed quota and increase market share.
+ Work to develop a continuous pipeline of new opportunities in strategic distributors.
+ Tailors strategic distributor strategy to align with Company corporate sales and marketing strategy.
+ Prepares and delivers sales presentations that address the strategic distributors’ needs, and leads to sales growth within established, and new distributor accounts.
+ Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
+ Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments and
+ functions
Qualifications/Competencies:
+ High level of sense of urgency
+ Demonstrated track record of sales success and territory management skills that include customer satisfaction along with growing pipeline with distributor accounts.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
+ Results driven.
+ Customer/quality focus
+ Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication with CRM tool is required.
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience successful selling to distributors required.

EDUCATION
A bachelor’s degree EXPERIENCE in Business or the equivalent is required.

+ This is a 100% work from home position
