    BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an **Outreach Prevention Facilitator** to join our outstanding and compassionate team in **Spring Hill** **!**

     

    + **Facility:** BayCare Behavioral Health

    + **Location:** Spring Hill

    + **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: No

    + **Shift Hours:** 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    + **Weekend Work:** Yes

    + **On Call:** No

    The Outreach Prevention Facilitator is responsible for:

    + Plays a crucial role in promoting and implementing effective health and safety initiatives for our community.

    + Uses a variety of methods to create effective campaigns, such as facilitating presentations, providing resources to the public, and conducting data-driven research.

    + Responsible to develop, implement, and manage evidenced-based programs that effectively prevent alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use.

    + Serves as a resource to parents and district, school sites, and community agency staff related to county prevention intervention resources.

    + Extensive travel is required

    + Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Required Certification/License:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + Driver's License

    Required Education:

    + Bachelors degree - Human Servicesor Related Field

    Experience:

    + Preferred-1 years of substance abuse experience or 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
