    Executive Assistant to the President

    Job Description:

    Duties/Responsibilities

    + Assist the President by working with members of the executive staff on assignments and independently administer matters as required in a timely and professional manner

    + Conduct matters pertaining to President and Scottish Rite for Children Board of Trustees in an efficient and professional manner

    + Assist and interact with the Chairman of the Board and trustees whenever needed, in their responsibility to the hospital

    + Manage correspondence for the Chairman when appropriate

    + Handle special projects for the President as requested on a timely and efficient basis; work Includes handling request from trustees, community members, volunteers, and staff in order to uphold the mission of the hospital

    Required Skills/Abilities

    + Bachelor's degree preferred

    + 5-7 years of office management preferred

    + Flexible and have initiative to accomplish projects without supervision

    + Capable of making independent decisions

    + Good communication skills
