Financial Support Services Associate
**PRIMARY PURPOSE** : Handle high volume of receiving and processing refund/recovery checks, create upload for checks that cover multiple claims/clients, deposits (demostic & foreign), file transfers, accounting matching. Process related ticket request daily. Process ACH requests and accounts payable check requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Resident Location:
Required vicinity Memphis, TN or surrounding area.
Experience
One (4) year experience in accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• Email appropriate communication, relevant, timely, content-rich
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• Critical thinking, problem-solving capability
• Data analysis
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
Technical Skills
• Advance Excel to include but not limited to if formatting, charts, statements, vlookups, pivot tables, mathematical functions, sum, average, etc.
Education & Licensing
• High school diploma or GED required.
