    Minimum Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.

    Pref** **erred Qualifications:

    Bilingual with Spanish is preferred.

    Job Summary:

    To perform a variety of responsible clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems andprocedures.

    Job Duties:

    • Performs varied and complex clerical tasks.

    • Photocopies materials and compiles as needed.

    • Distributes materials internally or to other departments which may require walking across campus.

    • Makes appointments, screens visitors, and answers the telephone.

    • Inputs data for reports, and completes routine office forms.

    • Adheres to internal controls established for department.

    • Performs related duties as required.

    Salary:

    Actual salary is commensurate with experience.
