    BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an experienced and compassionate **Registered Nurse (RN)** to step into the role of **Clinical Manager** for our Home Health office in Forest Hill, MD. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a team of skilled clinicians, drive quality care, and ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards.

    What You’ll Do as a Clinical Nurse Manager:

    + Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to a team of dedicated field nurses and therapists

    + Oversee and manage OASIS/HCHB workflows, ensuring timely and accurate execution of care plans (485s) and compliance with Medicare regulations

    + Conduct onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for new field staff; offer regular coaching and professional development

    + Handle clinical triage calls and offer timely, informed guidance to staff and clients

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Registered Nurse (RN) with minimum 2 years of clinical experience

    + Home Health field experience is required

    + Hands-on OASIS experience is essentia **l**
