The Sr. US International Tax Manager is a member of the global tax organization and responsible for all functions related to US International tax planning, compliance and US federal tax legislative changes. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Tax - Americas, and is part of the US tax leadership team with supervision responsibility of one direct report. The position is approximately 80% planning and structuring projects and 20% international US tax related compliance.

What you can look forward to as Sr. US International Tax Manager:

+ Lead all cross-border tax planning initiatives involving US taxation

+ Manage Canadian income tax compliance

+ Responsible for design and implementation of tax savings M&A projects involving global taxes

+ Ensure preparation, review and delivery of all US international tax compliance for ZF

+ Manage the tax audit process for federal (IRS) for international projects and compliance

+ Strong focus on US tax reform initiatives including the ability to break down complex Us tax legislation

+ Assist in year-end tax accounting process for US consolidated tax return including the design and implementation of the US provision to tax return true-up

+ Attract and develop key talent in area of responsibility, with a strong focus on U.S. tax Prepare ZF AG 1120-F US federal tax filing

Your profile as Sr. US International Tax Manager:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

+ CPA or JD preferred and 7-10 years of international tax experience.

+ Demonstrated Leadership skills

+ Break down complex US tax technical topics into explainable components

+ Business understanding and strong business orientation

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
