What You'll Be Doing
+ Maintain, optimize and troubleshoot control systems for slag grinding plant operating vertical mill, including automation & instrumentation eg RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure transmitter, draft transmitter, Proximity switches, flow transmitters, load cells, solenoid valves etc.
+ Maintain documentation for system configurations and updates.
+ Maintenance and troubleshooting of Variable frequency drives, PLC’s and SCADA.
+ Train and support Maintenance staff.
What Are We Looking For
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in control systems software and tools.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
+ Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
+ Know how of various communication protocols e.g. IP, Profibus, Modbus, IO, OFC etc.
+ Preferred: Experience with Allen Bradley PLC (RS Logix 5000 / 500), Rockwell (Factory Talk View SE), and Multilin (Enervista 469/750) software and hardware, Microsoft suite and IT support experience.
