Primary Purpose
Performs and/or manages activities relating to planning, designing, building, and maintaining IT services, projects, portfolios, products and processes. Creates and assigns detailed tasks to subordinates. Has budget responsibility for a small project, sub-project or process component. Expected to work under minimal supervision.
Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Primary Duties
+ Perform, manage and appropriately document work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners. Lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements. Assist others in planning and prioritizing work and work schedule.(45%)
+ Assist in creation of documentation for products and services. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model (15%)
+ Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders (15%)
+ Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required (15%)
+ Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function (10%)
Job Scope
+ Utilize understanding of customer's business needs to determine requirements
+ Applies technical expertise to plan, design, build or support required products and processes
+ Help other team members learn appropriate theories, practices and principles that relate to their skill set portfolio
+ As assigned, manage budget for area of responsibility
+ As assigned, manage working relationship with outsourcing partners
+ Support team and OMS via on-call rotation and during storm events as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 4 to 7 years experience in Information Technology or, in lieu of a degree, 6 to 9 years of relevant work experience.
+ Proficiency with data analysis in Microsoft Excel
+ Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
+ Strong problem solving and analysis ability.
+ Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
+ Ability to work with remote project teams
Preferred Qualifications
+ Appropriate technical skills - Extensive experience(typically 5 to 8 years) demonstrating skill performing analysis, design, programming and testing in procedural languages (Python, JAVA, C++, .Net, Unix scripting/operating systems, etc.).
+ Experience with Oracle’s OMS data model and associated DB languages (PLSQL, SQL, etc.)
+ Experience with OMS configuration and application architecture.
+ Experience with Application web server configuration and associated web languages (html, JS, CSS, JSP )
+ Experience with the Object-Oriented paradigm
+ Experience in skills like Java Swing, J2EE( JMS, JDBC, Java beans), Web services, Cloud technology(Azure), Weblogic administration, etc is a plus
+ Experience in any Integration technology, ETL products (Informatica) and BI reporting.
+ Experience demonstrating skill creating and supporting applications across multi-platform environments.
+ Experience demonstrating skill using formal IT change control philosophy and Source Control methodologies to administer various tiers of enterprise-level applications (development, stage, production).
+ Knowledge of business practices pertaining to Electric Operations.

+ Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $98,400.00/Yr. – $135,300.00/Yr.
