Primary Purpose:

Bring your passion for food to life! As a **Cook** , you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by preparing delicious, high-quality meals in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen. If you thrive in an energetic environment and love putting care into every plate, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Your day-to-day will keep you moving and inspired:

+ Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and line items with precision and creativity using standardized recipes.

+ Open and close the kitchen with a sense of pride and readiness.

+ Prep ingredients and meals for the following day to ensure seamless service.

+ Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Keep food storage and prep areas clean, organized, and in line with safety standards.

+ Ensure food safety through proper temperature control and product rotation.

+ Learn and master our recipes, plating techniques, and presentation standards.

+ Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning using dish machines and sinks.

+ Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean, professional kitchen space.

+ Follow all safety protocols and report any concerns to management.

+ Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and keep the kitchen running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

+ A team player with a great attitude and a passion for cooking

+ Prior culinary experience (6 months preferred)

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willing to obtain within 60 days)

+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced setting

+ Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
