Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Delivery Manager to work remotely while supporting a large insurance company. The ideal candidate will have experience as both a Scrum Master and Program Manager, focusing on technical projects to enhance current insurance practices. Day-to-day, they will act as a Scrum Master in a hybrid environment to improve program features. Additionally, they may need to take on the role of a Program Manager, handling resource management, budget management, and addressing any risks that arise. This person must be comfortable using Rally and interacting with various stakeholders throughout different stages of a project.

Skills and Requirements
-7+ years of experience as a scrum master - must be able to organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings. Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
-Able to coach teams to have better proactive updates and throughout process
-Experience with RTC or Rally
-Must have the following experience: utilizing SAFe/Lean/Agile (Scrum, XP, Kanban) methodology within enterprise-level application development projects null
