Our client, a leader in the healthcare and technology sector, is seeking a Contracts Advisor II to join their team. As a Contracts Advisor II, you will be part of the Legal Department supporting various internal business units. The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and effective problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Lead review, drafting, and negotiation of all types of procurement related agreements, including services agreements and confidentiality agreements.

+ Advise internal business stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations, providing clear interpretations of terms and conditions.

+ Prepare contracts while coordinating with the Legal team and Procurement to ensure timely and accurate completion.

+ Maintain strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and keep them informed of legal and regulatory issues.

+ Interface with assigned internal business units to ensure contractual documents are drafted correctly and manage relationships effectively.

What's Needed?

+ J.D. and 3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex vendor and procurement related contracts; or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.

+ Strong background in advising and structuring commercial transactions.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.

+ Ability to analyze legal documents and interpret laws, rules, and regulations.

+ Strong contract negotiation skills and a solid understanding of common legal and business terms.
