    Our client, a leading provider in the service industry, is seeking a Training Specialist to join their team. As a Training Specialist, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting various training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a clear and engaging presentation style, and the ability to build rapport with diverse participants, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Training Specialist

    **Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL

     

    Pay Range: $20-$25hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Deliver targeted, customer-based program-specific training and ongoing refresher training.

    + Design and disseminate educational materials using approved software assets.

    + Provide training for both new hire associates and existing employees.

    + Record, prepare, and deliver progress reports for trainees, including daily status and end-of-training reports.

    + Facilitate refresher training and assist with call monitoring and coaching of trainees.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in education or business administration or equivalent work experience.

    + Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to implement these principles into a training curriculum.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office design software.

    + Ability to adapt to change and innovation while maintaining strong attention to detail.
